Rent is due 1st-10th of each month. Late after the 10th.
You will be locked out after midnight of the 10th until payment is received in the office during office hours.

We do not send monthly bills. You are responsible for payment your rent on time

Storage of the following items are prohibited:

• Toxic waste
• Chemicials
• Explosives
• Corrosive materials
• Flammable materials
• Drugs
• Live animals of any kind

Bags of Styrofoam packing peanuts
Plastic wrap

Please do not follow another tenant through the gate at anytime. There is a traffic sensor in the pavement which may cause the gate to remain open and malfunction.

Use your code to enter the premises at all times. By doing so, we have a record for your protection.

Barring circumstances beyond our control the gate will always be in operation. In the event of such circumstances, the issue will be corrected as soon as possible.
